After starting his career in sales at Becton Dickinson, he grew into various management positions including sales, marketing and general management. In addition to working directly for companies, he also spent time in management consulting with Management Action Programs. While there, he became a certified trainer in the Integrity Selling System, as well as certified in the DISC communication style assessment tool.
A desire to bring much needed sales support to small and medium sized companies was the impetus to forming Excel Sales Solutions. My broad expertise allows me to help companies achieve significant increases in revenues and profits while not being forced to make huge personnel investments.
